While still rural, Alessandro is seeing a wave of suburban development, offering new homes in the $400,000s — strikingly affordable for SoCal. Surrounded by the San Jacinto Mountains, the valley is filled with diverse recreation, and major highways connect locals to the wider region.
Newer construction and country homes on acres of land
Alessandro's homes are tucked into the valley, with mountain views. The neighborhood's original vintage properties are ranch styles and farmhouses from the 1950s to '80s, settling on generous lots, sometimes 5 acres or more. Modern Mediterranean styles and southwestern neo-traditionals have entered the scene in recent years, and more are coming.
