"Homeowners in this area take a lot of pride in ownership," says Realtor Johnny Heckenberg of Heckenberg Realty. "You drive through and you're like, 'Wow, these homes are really well-kept.'" Prices range between $1.3 million and $2.4 million.
The neighborhood also has Villa Teresa, a 55-plus manufactured home community. These single-story homes usually require less maintenance and include shared amenities, like a community pool and park. Prices range between the mid-$300,000s and the low $700,000s.

"It's quiet and not congested while still very convenient to 85." Almaden Expressway connects drivers to state Routes 85 and 87, which lead to several Silicon Valley job centers. Downtown San Jose is just 7 miles from the community, or 15 minutes depending on traffic.
