Interstate 405 is also within a few miles of Riverview West, providing the 35-mile path to Los Angeles, home of the closest major international airport. It’s pure Americana. You can picture your kids riding their bikes on the sidewalk.” Single-family homes are generally Modern Traditional or ranch-styles, selling from $690,000 to $1.2 million. “Generally speaking, it’s more economic than some other Santa Ana or Garden Grove neighborhoods,” says Samano. “You get more bang for your buck, and you get a bigger house and lot.”

Heritage Park and Rosita Park
Two parks serve the neighborhood. Heritage Park is a simple green space located in southern Riverview West. In addition to common park amenities like a baseball diamond and playground, the park is also home to a pool and Salgado Community Center.
