Many of the neighborhood’s shops and dining will be along Rainier Avenue. Dunlap is home to some of the most diverse eateries in the area, including Ethiopian fare at Capri or Sunset Café to barbecue pork buns at Umami Kushi. Rainier Beach is right up to Lake Washington. Many small neighborhood parks and swimming areas, and only 2 miles away from Seward Park, a large and beautiful place.
