The community’s central attraction is the Seminole Lake Country Club, complete with a championship 18-hole course, more than a dozen Har-Tru tennis courts, two hard courts and eight pickleball courts. The course is one of only a few statewide that uses heat-tolerant SeaDwarf Seashore Paspalum grass for a fast and firm putting surface. The club is a lively spot for hosting tournaments year-round.

Says Tumarkin, “For date nights or fancier dinners out, most residents will head over to Seminole City Center, which is only a couple miles west.” For dining at home, there’s a Publix grocery store right across 113th Street from the center, as well as a Winn-Dixie near Seminole Lanes.

Public schools are in the Pinellas County Schools district, and students begin at Starkey Elementary before heading to Osceola Middle.
