As you’re driving, you’ll come up over a rise on the road and see the mountain peaks rising over the trees. It’s just breath-taking.” Though Shady Grove is 30 miles west of Greenville, the nearest city, what it lacks in proximity to metropolitan amenities it makes up for in the serenity of lakeside mountain living.

There is no particular style. Its diverse mix of homes.” The price range is broad, ranging from $1,500,000- $5,500,000 for lakefront homes with the average sale price being $3,000,000. Homes without lake access tend to go for $400,000- $700,000, with the average home going for $600,000.
