The neighborhood could potentially be impacted by flooding, especially along the interstates on the east and south sides. "North Overland Park Hills is far enough off the highway that you don't feel like you're in the busyness. There's occasional traffic along Merriam Drive between 635 and 35, but not something you're really having to battle," Thomas says.
