Secluded community along Puget Sound
Waves lap along the western shoreline of Innis Arden, where the Puget Sound offers incredible views for the quiet suburban neighborhood. Located about 13 miles north of downtown Seattle in Shoreline, Innis Arden is surrounded by mature trees and natural vegetation. “Innis Arden is a highly desirable community known for its territorial landscapes and protected views of Puget Sound,” says Managing Broker Lella Norberg with Windermere Real Estate Shoreline, who has over 15 years of experience. The neighborhood was created in the 1930s when the Boeing Company owner purchased the land for his wife and has remained a private community for its homeowners ever since. “The neighborhood fosters a strong sense of community through its volunteer-led Activities Committee, which organizes a variety of events throughout the year.”
