There's a great Thai place—Simply Thai—that's been there forever. Of course, you have the Galleria not too far away," says Heaton. The Lake Bar & Grill is a local restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. Simply Thai is a popular spot at the corner of Pyramid Way and Eagle Canyon Drive, known for its Pad Thai and yellow curry. Residents are just a 6-mile drive from the popular Sparks Galleria Shopping Center. This outdoor mall is home to stores like Marshalls, HomeGoods, Kay Jeweler and GameStop. A Costco is nearby on Galleria Parkway for groceries and other household items. Residents can conveniently access groceries within the neighborhood, with a new WinCo Foods store on Dakota Hills Drive and a Save Mart just north of La Posada Drive.
