Fast-growing development in northern Nevada

As one of the fastest-growing cities in Nevada, Sparks offers plenty of new homes to choose from. Many of these homes are located in Stonebrook, a community comprised of several developments by different home builders. "It's a very nice area. It has easy access to all the shopping, schools and restaurants," says Diane Heaton, a Realtor with LPT Realty who works in the neighborhood. "It's a community of all brand-new homes, so you're surrounded by very nice properties. It's easy to get in and out of." With plenty of new homes available, Stonebrook is a popular neighborhood for buyers looking for state-of-the-art houses and a convenient lifestyle.

Brand-new homes in Sparks

Homes in Stonebrook are typically brand-new houses built by either Toll Brothers or DR Horton. These houses are usually new traditional or ranch-style homes with spacious built-in garages on the front of the house. The exteriors often have stucco siding, but some homes have wood siding and stone features. Homes are close together on the neighborhood streets, making it easy for residents to get to know their neighbors. Sidewalks line the streets, offering walkability through the community. Some homes have grassy lawns, while other properties resemble the desert landscape more closely. Three-bedroom homes range from 1,300 square feet to nearly 3,000 square feet, costing anywhere between $450,000 and $800,000. Four-bedroom homes have a similar range, with a 1,600-square-foot home costing $480,000 and a 3,000-square-foot home costing $800,000.
