The area itself is growing, with lots of new construction planned. “It used to be not so populated,” says Bangle. “There were farms and normal agriculture. Because of its location and views, there is much more residential development. The area is on a bluff, so there are homes that have spectacular views.” The CAP Index crime tracking database gives this neighborhood a 2 out of 10, with the national average being 4.
