Home sizes are anywhere from 600 square feet with one bedroom to 3,100 square feet with four bedrooms. The average move-in ready house sells for $100,000 to $180,000, though some of the larger properties reach up to $290,000. Fixer-uppers, on the other hand, sell for around $35,000 to $100,000, depending on the size and condition.
