Stateline, casino resorts on Lake Tahoe
Stateline's name comes from its location beside the California-Nevada state border. Home to roughly 600 residents, given its location alongside Lake Tahoe and home to several casino resorts, Stateline's population swells during the winter and summer seasons. Whether a seasonal resident or full-timer, everyone can enjoy the premium casinos, food, golf and shopping Stateline offers and the Lake Tahoe region's unparalleled skiing and water recreation opportunities.
Ranch-style and duplex homes with views of mountains
All housing is north of the casinos and resorts, offering a buffer between the hustle and bustle and eccentric nightlife for locals. Many residents wake up to views of Lake Tahoe and mountains. The construction of brand-new large lakeside homes is increasing in Stateline. These houses are located in the Tahoe Beach Club, which offers residents private beach access and a clubhouse. Tahoe Beach Club homes feature two to four bedrooms, panoramic views of the mountains, lake and forest and some come fully furnished. These homes are generally priced between $2 million and $6 million. Duplexes are very popular around Stateline, as is a small subdivision of modestly sized ranch-style homes. Developers built the older duplexes and ranch-style residences during the mid-1970s. These older homes tend to cost between $450,000 to $750,000.
