A small town surrounded by alpine forests and mountains
Summit Park is an alpine town nestled in a valley between rolling, evergreen-covered mountains east of Salt Lake City. Residents enjoy a rural lifestyle, beautiful views and easy access to some of the most sought-after outdoor recreation in the country. It’s 12 miles from Park City, the largest ski and winter sports area in the United States. “It’s a beautiful setting in the mountains with gorgeous views, and yet you’re right down the road from basketball games, dining and everything else in Salt Lake City,” says Realtor Julie Hopkins of Keller Williams Realty. Home to around 8,700 residents, the community has steadily grown over the last couple decades, propelled by the region’s explosive economic growth.
