Planned community with a golf course

Centered around a golf course and resort-like country club, Heritage Isles displays a New Tampa feel. It’s largely composed of a planned community built from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. With pristine cul-de-sacs and strip mall retail, residents can partake in a quintessential suburban lifestyle. Prospective buyers may also find the area family-friendly with well-rated schools and various recreation spaces.

Mediterranean houses and manicured lawns

Northeast of downtown Tampa, Heritage Isles is mostly composed of winding roads of single-family houses on manicured lawns landscaped with palm trees. Lined with sidewalks, the neighborhood is ideal for strolls but not for errands. As for architecture, the area has Mediterranean, contemporary and ranch-style houses painted in muted coastal colors. In the deliberately designed neighborhood, no house sticks out aesthetically. Sales prices range from $125,000 for a condo to $690,000 for a six-bedroom contemporary home.
