You can walk there from the neighborhood,” Poe says. Rocca serves Italian cuisine in an upscale setting with a wine cellar and modern touches like plants hanging from the ceiling. At Armature Works, a food court with options from Japanese to Latin American, patrons can take in river views while dinng outside. They can also stay entertained with live music and a giant chess set.

“There’s an optional HOA fee to participate in events. We do porch parties, luminaries and a sip and stroll. It’s a really active community, the closest to downtown with single-family homes,” Poe says. The neighborhood bonds during the Luminaries plus Sip and Stroll, an annual winter gathering. Neighbors set up tables with warm drinks, including adult and child-friendly options, and line the neighborhood sidewalks with candles to celebrate the holiday season.
To downtown Tampa via North Boulevard
About 2 miles from downtown Tampa, residents can easily commute via North Boulevard or take a Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority bus at a few stops in the neighborhood.
