Suburban charm with urban buzz
Country Hills is a quiet slice of the Denver area known for its mature trees, community parks and accessibility to city amenities. Developed in the 1990s, the neighborhood in the northeast reaches of the metropolitan area, features single-family homes on well-maintained streets that exude a classic suburban style. “For commuters, a place like Thornton makes a lot of sense,” says John Valdez, Associate Broker with Keller Williams and longtime resident of the area. “Whether it’s to get away from the traffic or because the prices are a lot more buyer-friendly, it’s a growing community that has a lot of upsides.” Residents can balance suburban living with proximity to shopping centers, schools, and major highways, allowing them to be a part of the Mile High City’s buzz without being overwhelmed by it.
With its blend of home styles, manicured lots, and a tranquil setting, Country Hills remains one of Thornton’s most sought-after residential neighborhoods.
