Holly Point is in Thornton, Colorado, about 15 miles north of Denver — and it's full of that classic suburban charm. “When you think about family-friendly, this area is what comes to mind,” says Charlie Belger of JPAR Modern Real Estate, who is also a Thornton native. “There are always people out using the walking paths and walking by all the nice lakes that are in the area. It’s just calm.” The neighborhood is a cluster of homes surrounded by parks and green spaces. While completely residential, Holly Point is near major shopping areas, public schools and highways that lead to nearby major cities.
