Todd Creek offers country living within commuting distance of the city
Todd Creek is a rural community where horses run and golf balls fly. This community offers high-end homes and horse properties at the northern fringe of the Denver metro, where the suburbs give way to wide-open plains and prairies. “What the residents enjoy more than anything is having peace and having really large properties in a very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood,” says Jason Pardikes, chair of the Todd Creek Farms homeowners association. With Boulder and Denver both less than 30 miles away, residents enjoy plenty of privacy and space within commuting distance of major cities.
Trails, parks and golf courses offer plenty of ways to stay active
