Phillip Booghier of LIV Sotheby’s International has been extraordinarily helpful in working through many issues which other realtors would have simply turned over to us to solve. As seniors living in Michigan during much of the sales process, it is unlikely that we could have gotten these problems solved without his diligent and timely help.

He proved to be extremely competent from the perspectives of marketing, where his creative drone videos and associated commentary proved to be highly effective. He seems to work 7x24 in terms of coordinating showings, showing up at same (often bringing his personal ATV to the ranch to drive clients around).

He not only helped us solve problems, he worked to solve them for us. With our property overlapping both Douglas and Elbert counties, he leaped in and solved decades old issues with both counties, including facilitating numerous surveys to properly describe the parcels involved.

Numerous unexpected problems popped up, first with the ranch house which had several surprising problems to address. These included electrical service issues to the house and outbuildings, well and septic surprises, crawl space issues and more. Phillip accepted these as personal challenges and worked through them for us using his extensive contact network as we watched on. One of the various problems which he handled head on had to do with a large round unwanted hay bale in the barn, which he netted up and dragged off the property using his own pickup truck. A bit later he started up a motorhome which had not been used in years, and drove it off the property for us. How many realtors would do that sort of stuff for you?

The sale of adjacent land to another buyer has been complicated too as it spanned two counties. Like the ranch house and its property, this land had old surveys which needed correction, and also needed access easements. Phillip worked on his own to define the proper access strategies, and then coordinated with a surveyor whom he met on site to document same. Phillip set up and coordinated Zoom meetings with the electrical provider to address possible conflicts between existing underground lines and the desired location of the new buyers stables. He contacted a firm to locate the exact location of those lines, and evaluated the newly marked lines as non-intrusive to the buyer’s building plans.

We could go on and on about the numerous challenges Phillip helped us through with nary a complaint from him. He never needed urging, just buckled down and solved new problems as they popped up with a great sense of urgency. He was usually thinking about a solution before he brought us the problem.

In summary, we’re delighted with Phillip and with LIV Sotheby’s in general. So much so in fact that we’ve contracted with Sotheby’s and Phillip to market and sell a condominium for us too. How’s that for a recommendation?!

AMAZING Real Estate Advisor. Phill was our buyer's agent on this transaction. He helped us to negotiate and purchase the property at a price that was well under market value. Phill did a great deal of research and found information about the property including access, site plans, previous testing, etc. that the seller's agent was unable to provide.

This was a fast track transaction, we closed on the property 2 weeks after negotiations were finalized. Phill helped us jump through every loop and over every hurdle. It was a seamless closing on a complicated property.

When selling a complex piece of property there is only one guy! (Phillip) At every turn came a new issue and Phillip was able to navigate the process needed to get solutions so that we could get to the closing table. I had several other agents list this property and it seemed they let clients and deal slip through the crack on such a complex transaction. I’ve worked with eight realtors over the years, and Phillip is hands down the best.

From start to finish, he was exceptionally communicative, professional, and proactive. This was an out-of-state transaction for us, which could have been stressful, but Phillip made the entire process feel seamless and effortless. Absolutely AMAZING. From the start Phillip presented himself in the most professional and also compassionate manner. He understood our needs and provided extremely helpful feedback to prepare the house for market. His presentation of the home was exceptional and attracted many potential buyers. My wife and I recently listed two vacant custom home properties with Phillip. We are out-of-state sellers and needed to find an agent we could trust. After reviewing numerous firms and sending inquiries to several agents, Phillip was immediately responsive. We quickly became convinced he was the best agent for us.

Phillip’s team immediately prepared marketing graphics from architectural and engineering drawings we previously had prepared. He added aerial drone footage and additional photos to prepare an on-site marketing video that made our property stand out. The video and listing were blasted out to his customer base, MLS, and other agents in the LIV Sotheby’s network. Phillip’s strategy helped people visualize the potential of an empty lot. By Far, The Very Best Agent! Phillip is in a class of his own as a Real Estate Agent. We chose him to represent our home and from day 1 he handled every single aspect flawlessly! He is knowledgeable for both the location and the whole buying processes. Being new to the area, he helped us from introduction to the close of the deal. Philip was very candid and was more interested in making sure we found the right house for us rather just making another sale
We could ask a question on anything from if a safe locations to recommendations for vendors or contractors.
I would recommend anyone looking for a great agent that knows his stuff to reach out to Philip!!

Phillip has got to be the best Real Estate Agent in Colorado. I reached out to him in a panic. I was quickly shoved in to a divorce. I had to sell my marital home and find a new place to buy as soon as possible. The market was in my favor to sell, but not to buy. There were so many things that could have gone wrong, but everything went super smooth and way better than I could have expected. Phillip was very experienced and knowledgeable. He thought of everything before it even happened. He even had to coach the other two agents we were dealing with. The cherry on top for me though, was that Phil was able to get me connected with great contractors for any of my remodeling needs. His contractors were very available very well priced.

I think that Philip is the best realtor! The competition is extremely tough in this expensive crazy market but I was grateful to have him because he went above and beyond. The process of buying a house is a little bit confusing for me but I didn’t feel alone because he was there for me in every step and assisted me throughout the whole process. Philip is very smart, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and was attentive to my concerns. He responds quickly and is easy to reach if I have any questions.
