The neighborhood’s central green space spans 31 acres. Closed for renovations in 2021, the park reemerged with new sidewalks and deeper retention pools for improved water quality. The central meeting spot is a fishing pond flanked by a playground and a picnic pavilion with stone pillars. With more than 11,000 employees, Saint Francis is the largest private employer in Tulsa County. “I would call that area Medical Mile,” says Brian Frere, agent with Keller Williams Realty Preferred.
