Park Plaza East is known for being a central location in Tulsa, sitting only five miles from downtown Broken Arrow and 12 miles from downtown Tulsa. An older neighborhood, here residents have access to highways and essential shopping, with students getting to attend the sought after Union Public Schools. “It’s a working class neighborhood and prices are really affordable. Ranch builds and new construction
Heading to Park Plaza the neighborhood is filled with a lot of mid-century ranch homes and a smaller number of newer homes. “There’s a mix in there. Most homes were built in the 70s and 80s and some were built in the 90s,” Kile notes. Homes in the neighborhood have amenities like garages and screened in back porches. The neighborhood also has a growing number of duplexes. Ranch homes tend to sell for anywhere between $125,000 and $250,000, depending on square footage and overall features, while multifamily houses can exceed $350,000.
