At Beverly Hills Recreation Area, you'll find athletic fields where club soccer and Little League games are played after school or on the weekends. Naylor's Run Park is another favorite, with more athletic areas, tennis courts and a colorful playground. The Naylor's Run Creek winds through the park's beautiful, wooded areas and meanders alongside maintained walking trails, perfect for walking your dog or going on a peaceful morning run.

Located just minutes from the West Chester Pike and the 69th Street El Station, living here offers an easy commute to Philadelphia's major employers, dining, retail and entertainment. But you'll also find plenty of resources on and around the Pike. You'll find grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants like Nagwon Garden Korean BBQ or Pike Square Pizza. Off the Pike, 69th Street has a significant retail hub with big box stores, department stores, local boutiques and a movie theater. A few blocks away, Garrett Road is where you'll find grocery stores, pharmacies and even more beloved restaurants.
