Or, for more active recreation, play tennis at the Upper Saddle River tennis courts or ride the slides on the playgrounds at Lions Park and Hess Park. For groceries, a quick drive to neighboring towns will bring you to a Wegmans, Whole Foods, ShopRite and a Fresh Market.
Right on the state line, you can be immersed in Rockland County, New York's lush nature within minutes or be in Midtown Manhattan in about an hour by car.
