Fenced backyards for families and quiet streets accommodate walkers and bikers, though there are not many sidewalks. “I’ve been in the same Aragona house since 1958, and while work has taken me to other places, I’ve never wanted to leave Aragona Village,” says Resident Historian of the Aragona Civic League, Kenneth Johnson. Ranch-style homes are between $175,000 and $350,000, there are plenty of options with three or more bedrooms, and a few are being renovated with all-new interiors. Two-story bi-level and raised ranch houses can cost over $350,000 and reach almost $400,000. Many homes border the Rosewood Memorial Park and Cemetery, which covers roughly 55 acres.

There’s no shortage of things to do around Aragona Village. The Iceland Family Skating Center is great for ice skating with family weekends and Wednesdays, or for watching a hockey game.
