Montrose has a mix of single-family homes, apartments and condos. Housing here is newer than in other parts of Wakefield and features ranch-style, bi-level and new traditional homes. "It has what I would call 'young' housing," Hunt says. "I used to say the word 'new,' but it's sometimes 30 or 40 years old, but that's young for this area.
