"It's kind of a rural area of Lehigh Valley," says local Realtor Cass Chies of Diamond 1st Real Estate LLC, who has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate. "If you don't want to be in the city or in the suburbs, you're in the rural area, and there you can find some really nice properties. There are some newer developments that are going in there. There's a lot of growth going on in Lehigh Township right now."

Join the chess club at Northern Lehigh Senior High School
Students are served by the Northampton Area School District. Children can attend Peters Elementary School, which earns a B-minus grade from Niche, from kindergarten to Grade 2 or the C-minus-graded Slatington Elementary School for Grades 3 through 6 before moving on to Northern Lehigh Middle School.
