Wichita Southeast High School, rated C-plus, offers extracurriculars for robotics, anime and Chinese. Brookhollow is also sandwiched between two well-respected private schools. On the northern border is Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School, rated A-minus. The Independent School just south of the neighborhood is rated A-plus by Niche and teaches prekindergarten through Grade 12.
Minneha Core Knowledge Elementary School is a great option for younger students in Brookhollow.

Within Brookhollow are numerous nationally known eateries like Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s, as well as locally owned restaurants such as Crutch & Biscuit, which serves quintessential southern fare and barbecue classics.
