Eastridge has everything you could ever want in a neighborhood.
A walkable Wichita community
From schools within walking distance, access to 40 acres of green space to reasonably priced homes, Eastridge has just about everything homebuyers could ever want in a neighborhood. Most notably, this southeast Wichita community is conveniently located. “Kellogg Avenue connects it to the rest of the city, and it’s right next to Town East Square, which is often considered one of the best shopping malls in the region,” says Fiesta Real Estate owner-broker Bernardo Flores.

From Town East Square to Bagatelle Bakery
A commercial mecca known as Towne East Square is just a mile away, anchored by Dillard’s, Von Maur and, most recently, Scheels. Visitors can also shop from other nationally known stores like H&M, Coach and Bath & Body Works. Once a day of shopping builds up an appetite, shoppers can grab food from Red Lobster or Longhorn Steakhouse, and can even go bowling and play arcade games at Round1.
The neighborhood is also home to a few of its own restaurants and retail options. Gourmands can stop by The Nelson’s Kitchen, a locally owned carry-out-only eatery where they can devour smash burgers, pork tacos and hearty burritos, as well as this restaurant's stand-out wings. The sweet heat sauce is especially loved among locals. For a sweet treat, Bagatelle Bakery is also nearby. Since 1983, Wichitans have enjoyed chocolate eclairs, carrot cake and other pastries from this confectionery. Home cooks can stop by Lucky Market for Asian staples or La Cuna del Sol for handmade tortillas and other Mexican groceries. A Dillons is also nearby for any other food or home essentials.
