The Flats neighborhood offers a peaceful lifestyle just outside Downtown Wilmington. When you’re hungry, you can head to one of the restaurants in the area, including Greenhill Deli-Pizza, a staple in the community that’s been serving pizza, subs and other savory dishes since 1949. And if you love Italian food, you’re in luck: Little Italy is right at the edge of the neighborhood and offers an abundance of restaurants and markets. For even more options, you can hop on a local bus or drive the 2 miles to Downtown Wilmington.
