Woodburn has fast-selling homes
Woodburn is split into subdivisions, like Pine Ridge and Camelot. Ranch-style homes, split levels, townhouses and mid-rise condo complexes all built between the 1950s and '70s are common here. It’s actually a fast commute time for a D.C. suburb,” Mason Coreas says. Fairfax Connector and Metro bus stops offer rides across the county and to nearby Metro stations. The Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station, 3 miles north, follows the Orange Line, typically reaching downtown Washington in under an hour. State Route 236 in the southern part of Woodburn is lined with commercial centers, like Fair City Mall, home to over 40 chain stores and restaurants. Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria, two of the largest malls in the metro area, are 6 miles north.
