Woodburn has fast-selling homes
Woodburn is split into subdivisions, like Pine Ridge and Camelot. Ranch-style homes, split levels, townhouses and mid-rise condo complexes all built between the 1950s and '70s are common here. Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria, two of the largest malls in the metro area, are 6 miles north.
