Nepera Park's draws include NYC proximity, views of the Hudson
Divided by the Saw Mill River Parkway, Nepera Park, 5 miles from downtown Yonkers and 21 miles from New York City, is a tiny neighborhood bordered by the trendy Hastings-On-Hudson and Homefield. This unassuming community has a sizeable inventory of homes and mom-and-pop restaurants. The neighborhood has some points to the west with views of the Hudson River. “People live here because of location,” says Sara Reel, a local real estate agent at Julia B Fee Sothebys International Realty. “That particular location is right off the highway, so it's pretty accessible and it's not far from the Yonkers waterfront.”
