Ypsi neighborhood next to a university
As Eastern Michigan University’s next-door neighbor, College Heights in Ypsilanti, or Ypsi as it is colloquially referred to, complements the lively campus culture with residential streets of split-level, two-story and ranch homes as well as some homes with Colonial Revival styles. “The historic charm of these homes are still intact, with large front porches, whimsically sloped roof-lines and the occasional bright colored accents,” says Todd Fedie, who first earned his real estate license in 2016 and is currently a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and Team Leader of The Fedie Group. College Heights is a popular choice for college faculty as well, and its surrounding with amenities make it one of the more popular neighborhoods in Ypsilanti for residents who don’t work for the university.
The nearby Eastern Michigan University is walking distance from College Heights.
College Heights is close to local retail on Washtenaw and Cross Street as well as EMU's Campus.
