Out in the fruit orchards of South Yuba City sits the neighborhood of Bogue-Stewart. This neighborhood is built into the city's prized and has become a place for buyers seeking larger lots. Although it’s genuinely a quieter part of town, without a busy commercial center, it’s located near the Sri Guru Nanak Sikh Temple, a major religious hub of the city.
Ranch-style homes in Bogue-Stewart
“It’s a popular area because it’s got some nicer houses, and you can get more space,” says Steve McCarthy, Realtor with eXp Realty and Yuba City local. While there are many ranch-style homes, buyers can also find some Modern Traditional properties. Homes rarely come for sale in this area, as most residents live here long-term. Only a handful of Bogue-Stewart houses have been listed and sold in the past year. Prices are between $300,000 and $600,000, but can go up to $1 million. The variation in prices depends mostly on the size of the yard and house.
