Sawyer's Mill is a small neighborhood near the outskirts of Middletown, where new homes and residents are proof of the city's growth. "I've been in real estate since 2004, and part of the reason I stay and sell in Middletown is because the market is so stable," says Melissa Lawwill, a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage. "Like the rest of Middletown, it's got a generational feel. New people are coming in for nearby job opportunities, but some have been here their whole lives."
