About Advantage Homes
Advantage Homes has built over 300 homes in the Janesville area over the last 30+ years and shares ownership with Amwood Homes. Before starting Advantage Homes in 1990, Amwood was in the home-building business and built over 1,000 homes in many communities throughout Wisconsin. Today Amwood supplies panelized building component packages to builders and has supplied over 20,000 panelized packages to builders since 1973. Both Amwood and Advantage Homes are experienced and professional locally-owned companies.
Here at Advantage Homes, we pride ourselves in having a good subcontractor team and systems in place to provide our customers with an excellent quality built home. By using proven name-brand products, we reduce many of the potential service and performance issues and by hiring experienced sub-contractors we keep on schedule and budget.
