The firm was originally organized in 1979 in Manhattan Beach, California as a full-service real estate company primarily specializing in the acquisition and management of passive real estate investments for offshore clients. Over the next several decades, the company successfully developed and leased approximately 5 million square feet of office and retail space throughout California including numerous marquee properties.
