About Eldan Homes
For more than 38 years, Eldan Homes has meant quality construction in Central New York. It was Daniel Barnaba Sr.’s dream back in 1976 to establish a home construction company that families could rely on for high quality, reliable craftsmanship and attention to fine details.
He was always sensitive to the affordability of homes, designing and pricing houses with that in mind. In addition to being a builder, Dan Sr. was also a land developer. He paved the way for Eldan Homes to not only build new homes, but to create neighborhoods. Since taking over the company in 1998, his son Daniel Barnaba Jr. has honored his guiding principles.
Today, Eldan Homes has exceeded Barnaba’s expectations. Under the supervision of his son, Daniel Barnaba Jr., Eldan Homes’ beautifully-crafted, quality-built homes continue to be elegant landmarks in Central New York communities.
