After graduating college, the owner, David got straight to work in the Florida market, with hands-on experience at start-ups as well as large, national builders. He honed his skills in all aspects of the industry, rising to the executive ranks as VP of Land Acquisition. Despite his success, he became frustrated by big building companies’ focus on financial performance instead of customer satisfaction. So, with the support of National Builder Group, he took a chance on himself and opened Explorer Homes with the shared goal of "Making Life Better." The partnership frees David to focus on customer satisfaction, pushing the boundaries of what to expect in a home by providing affordable, move-in ready homes with unique features and floor plans.
