Garrette Homes began in 2003 building a small number of homes in Vancouver, Washington, and has grown into a homebuilder serving the Portland Metro, Southwest Washington, and Seattle/Tacoma markets. The company builds custom and move-in-ready single-family homes, with an emphasis on acreage properties, land-specific builds, and a guided design process that helps buyers shape finishes and layouts. Garrette Homes also remains active in new-home community work and broader residential development, including various projects throughout the region.
