WR Dawson Homes is owned and operated by Bill Dawson Jr. He is a fifth generation builder with over hundred years combined family experience. WR Dawson is also a four time builder of the Lake County YMCA Dream House and is a two time winner of the Cleveland Choice Awards.

Unlike other contractors, Bill is a hands-on builder and is on site every step of the building process. After working in the industry for almost ten years he knows the in’s and out’s of building the perfect home.
