They have been thriving in Southeast Michigan for the past twenty years, focusing primarily on move-up homes and communities on the west side of the market between Detroit and Ann Arbor. Stefanie is a Michigan native and attorney who previously worked in the auto industry and now wears many hats at Evergreen Homes. Jon is originally from New York, where he excelled in Sales roles – he enjoys his new career as a builder since relocating to Michigan with Stefanie several years ago.
