Schools

Source:
GreatSchools: The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process. About the Builder

Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Three Oaks Communities (“Three Oaks”) is the first private developer in the United States to build entire neighborhoods for sale to the general public that are anchored by a variety of customized homes for sale to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (“I/DD”) and their families. Although Three Oaks’ role is limited to building inclusive neighborhoods (care services are secured by I/DD homeowners and their families), our unique concept is aligned with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement requirements for home and community-based services, promoting greater independence, autonomy, choice, privacy, dignity, respect, and community integration for all of our I/DD homebuyers. The principals of Three Oaks are William J. Godfrey, John E. Zdanowski, and Bruce A. Michael.
