Welcome to an award-winning golf course community
Drawing many visitors, over 31 villages comprise Kiln Creek, where locals are just a short walk away from playing tennis, refreshing dips in the pool and annual community events. Located in Newport News and a portion of York County, The Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort is the neighborhood's beating heart. "Everybody wants to live in Kiln Creek; it is an award-winning golfing community," says Realtor Patrizia Ridout with CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty. "Also, the neighborhood is very safe and well-maintained." There is an elementary school right in the neighborhood, convenient for families. Aside from its amenities and tight-knit community feel, locals are just a short drive from some of the area's premier shopping districts. The club is also a luxury boutique hotel where people travel all over to stay. However, those living in Kiln Creek have these amenities right in their backyard.

Kiln Creek's challenging greens unfold as a 6,972-yard, par 72 course designed by architect Tom Clark, named one of the five best courses in the state by Golf Digest. Residents can also enjoy a round of tennis or a lap around the Olympic-sized pool, where they can be part of the neighborhood swim team, The Kiln Creek Dolphins. After traipsing the fairways, it's time for brunch at Nest Kitchen & Taphouse, an upscale eatery inside the clubhouse, where the cherry-limeade stuffed French toast and a rotating selection of craft beer await.
