SCERA Home for Rent

Orem's SCERA neighborhood takes its name from the SCERA Center for the Arts, which has anchored the Utah community since 1941. The SCERA Shell Amphitheater in Scera Park puts on musicals and concerts, and the park itself is home to a pool, splash pad, playgrounds and walking trails. Residents also come out for the park's Colonial Heritage Festival, the Sunset Farmers Market and OremFest. Housing includes split-levels and ranch-style homes dating to the 1950s, along with some larger traditional homes from the early 2000s. Utah Valley University enrolls students and serves as a significant employer close by. University Place is home to over 150 stores and 25 restaurants, and diners can also head to TRUreligion Pancake and Steakhouse or Yummy's Korean BBQ & Sushi. Public transit is available via UTA buses and the FrontRunner commuter rail.
