Situated at the southern end of Oxnard and tucked between two arterial roads, the array of homes in Cypress range from condo complexes to gated communities. Kids in Cypress can attend Ocean View School District K-8 schools such as Tierra Vista Elementary and Ocean View Junior High, which both score a C-minus from Niche.
