Dues include exterior maintenance including painting the stucco, the roof (it was replaced in 2018), etc. Snow removal, including driveway and walkway, is also included. Since this entire project is located within North Dalton Ranch, it is also part of that homeowners association and the dues are currently $600 per year. The Enclave HOA does allow for rentals, including VRBO type rentals. Utility information: These owners essentially only use the unit June through October. For that timeframe, water averages $25 per month (Remember outside watering is part of the HOA dues.), electricity averages $60 per month and gas averages $17 per month.
