The primary bedroom is just beyond this open space and easily accommodates a king size bed. To the right of the kitchen, you will find a good size bedroom which currently has a bunk bed. Next to this bedroom is a ¾ bath. Yes, there is electricity as well as internet. Just two hours from Boston, 45 minutes to the seacoast, 1.5 hours to North Conway.

Logistics:
On the mainland, there is a paved 20' ROW you may drive down, unload your gear and then move your car to park on the street. This ROW is shared with two other islands just north of Blaney Island. There is an aluminum dock which is shared by these 3 islands and the owner of Blaney island has one side of the dock which has a utility pontoon boat great for transporting your gear. It is a short boat ride to Blaney Island on which you will find another aluminum dock. You could also fly your Sea Plane to your private island getaway.
