The Residence at Roosevelt Park is Middlesex County’s highly anticipated affordable senior (62+) housing development. It consists of 84 one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 659 square feet to 1,034 square feet. 22 units are prioritized for veterans and five units are set aside for the formerly homeless. Units are affordable to individuals at a variety of income tiers and ADA units are available to those with mobility challenges. Each unit features a combined living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
