No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The maximum of two pets is allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Long-term guests are subject to a background search and credit check.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you’ll receive before arrival. A laptop computer is not included.
