Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). The apartment operates through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. Each person in your group who is 18 or older will need to present a photo ID upon check-in with the building concierge. The property does not have luggage storage. This property utilizes a two-pipe system for its heating and cooling, so either the heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1).
